Skye Mills was the winning pitcher. He pitched 6 innings giving up 0 earned runs, 1 hit, 0 walks. Skye did a really nice job again tonight. He worked ahead in the count and kept the hitters guessing. Thomas Conaway threw one inning giving up 2 earned runs, 1 hit, 2 walks. We pulled Skye in the 5th inning with a 6-0 lead trying to save some innings for Wednesday. We made some mistakes so we went back to him in the top of the 7th and he got us out of the jam.
Hitters:

We found a way to win at the end even though we almost gave it away. That is what is about this time of year though finding a way to advance to the next round. We could of folded, but we didn’t. We stuck it out and got the win. We play Osage City at 4:15 on Wednesday at home. West Franklin plays Wellsville at 2:00 and the two winners play for the Regional championship at 6:30.
