Seniors & Parents/Guardians - mark your calendars for our annual Financial Aid & Scholarship Workshop on Wednesday, September 24th from 6-7 in the theater. We will talk about timeline and resources for different sources of college funding throughout senior year!

Attached is an aerial view of the Fort Scott Stadium located at Fort Scott High School where we will play. Parking will be primarily in the parking lots on the south on each side of the high school. The only gate entrance for patrons will be in the center of the home stadium bleachers on the west.

Due to current field conditions making Jayhawk Linn's field temporarily unsafe for play, this week’s away football game will be moved to Fort Scott High School with a 7:00 PM start time. Player safety is the top priority in making this decision. We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our team, and we look forward to seeing everyone in Fort Scott.

We’ve got a full week coming up at Central Heights! After the Labor Day break on Monday, students and staff dive into activities with volleyball, football, cross country, and a Drama Club meeting. On Friday, our 5th graders head to Starbase while varsity football travels to Jayhawk Linn for a 7:00 PM kickoff.

Tomorrow night 8/29 our High School football team will be at Anderson County for a jamboree. The start time will be 7:00 with Anderson County vs Pleasanton. We will be the next two scrimmages after that. Admission is $5 for K-12 students and $7 for adults.

It is great to support local companies and have them so willing to help! She has even volunteered to come out and show our horticulture class in the spring how to divide the old plants once they are ready!

Monday is the start of Fall sports! We are so excited to get back on the course, courts, and fields! It is going to be an exciting year! Please remember the student must have a physical, concussion form, concussion video, heat and illness video, and current impact concussion testing to participate. We have contacted every student that we know who is interested about these things. GO VIKINGS!!!
