The little kid's cheer and dance clinic for tomorrow has been canceled and rescheduled for Saturday, March 5.

The home basketball games for Friday, February 18, have been canceled. Senior Night activities are rescheduled for Tuesday, February 22.

It might be cold outside, but the baby quail decided to make their debut today!
The Hunter Safety class is hatching these quail!
It is amazing how they make it in nature once you see how tiny they are! Great experience for the students!

Great performance tonight by the CH MS Band and all of the other league schools. The kids and Mrs. Cannady put in a lot of work to get prepared for this concert. Great job!!





MS League Band Concert is about to begin at ESU.


The 2022 Father/Daughter Dance is scheduled for Friday, February 25, 6-8pm. The cost is $10 per couple and $2 each additional daughter. Be sure to return the forms sent home from school by Monday, February 21.


Due to forecasted inclement weather, Central Heights USD 288 will be closed tomorrow, February 17.


6th Grade Scientists are working hard creating a scale model of the solar system. With this lesson, they learned how to take something that is massive and hard to understand measuring, and bring it down into a smaller, more manageable size. They were also able to practice measurements of inches, centimeters, diameter of an object, conversions from kilometers to inches, and being creative with different objects to use for the planets!

Elementary Yearbook


Eighth graders cheering away their bad habits! Following a lesson on Rhetorical Analysis students incorporated their knowledge of Ethos, Logos, and Pathos to write breakup letters with things such as procrastination and phones. After their letters were shared the class cheered them away with some sparkling grape juice!
