The USD #288 Board of Education is accepting letters of interest to fill the board vacancy created when Shawn Cardin moved out of the district. The person selected will serve the balance of Shawn's term. They will be up for election in November 2021. Because all board positions are now At-Large, any registered voter in the district is eligible to serve no matter their address.
The letter of interest should be addressed to Brian Spencer and should be mailed to 3521 Ellis Road, Richmond, KS 66080 or emailed to bspencer@usd288.org Please include information such as why you are interested in serving, your history or status in the district, and any other information that will help the sitting board members with their decision.
