Our Hunters safety class went to the Garnett shooting club and shot a .22 rifle. They then had the opportunity to shoot an AR. We then went and shot blue rock with a 20 and 12 gauge. Gun handling and safety was our main priority! We learned a lot today! Thank you to the Garnett shooting club, Mr. Meyer, and Mr. Vega for helping too! It was a Great day to be a Viking!

Our Hunter Safety class just finished the chapter on survival. They were only allowed to bring a tarp. They then had to build a shelter out of what they found in nature! We will see how long they last!
