Our Central Heights Vikings are at home tonight, taking on Altoona with a 6:00 pm start in the Big Gym. The Ike Cearfoss Gym will feature Varsity Girls followed by Varsity Boys, and there is more than just basketball on the schedule.
At 6:30 pm, we will recognize our Track and Field state champions with a special banner reveal! Come cheer on our teams, celebrate some championship moments, and enjoy a big night at home with the Vikings!

The action tips off in the Little Gym with two quarters of JV Girls, followed by a C team boys scrimmage for CH. Over in the Ike Cearfoss Gym, things get rolling with JV Boys, then Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys.

A beautiful night of music ahead
Our bands take the stage tonight in the theatre starting at 6:30 pm for the Winter Concert. The evening begins with the 5th-grade band, followed by the 6th-grade band, the middle school band, and closes with the high school band. It is always a special night for our students and their families!

Gage Peine went a perfect 4-0 to claim the championship at 165
Royce Ulrich battled to a 3-1 finish and earned runner-up at 144
Josiah Meyer fought through a tough bracket and finished 1-3

The following District Honor Band students traveled to Blue Valley High School on Saturday, December 6th, to rehearse and perform at the East Central District Band Convention. They were surrounded by many of the most outstanding young musicians in our area and had the opportunity to work with highly renowned band directors from Kansas State University, Missouri State University, and Benedictine College. The result was a concert of the highest level.
We are incredibly proud of our students for this tremendous accomplishment! Our high school musicians are now qualified to move on to the Kansas All-State Auditions on January 17 in Salina.
