Cross country parking information:
Buses, team vans, and handicap will park up top near the bell tower or down the hill by the Adams & Bethel Cabins. Spectators will park on the baseball field, with the entrance located just off of 10th St.
Picture retake day is November 5th.
Our CDE season is off and we are seeing CH FFA member’s hard work and dedication pay off.
In September we traveled to Mound City to compete in the Land Judging CDE. These kids tried out a new competition and represented CHS very well as they placed 9th with Gage Peine leading the way in 24th individually.
Yesterday, members competed in the ECD Horse Judging CDE and continued their success from last spring. In May, many of these kids were on a 7th place state team, so the future is bright for these kids. Yesterday the Senior team placed 3rd with Landry Sparks placing 5th, Kaylor Matile 16th, Kord Stroup 18th and Faith Coons 59th. The intermediate team placed 3rd as well with Swaye Kershner in 4th, Jenna Sparks in 6th, Jayden Robinson 23rd and Brooks Hamilton in 29th.
