Central Heights is teaming up with K-State Research & Extension to offer a free prevention and awareness training for any district parent during P/T conferences this year. All district parents are invited to attend.

This guy right here has filled up 3 punch cards in just the 3 short weeks we’ve been in school!! Dawson has shown some great listening skills, trying hard even when it’s tough, kindness and compassion to his peers, and much more! When students fill 3 punch cards in the class they get to choose between no shoes or wear a hat. Dawson picked no shoes! Great work Dawson!!

This past month, our incredible students have been going above and beyond in their classes, and we couldn't be prouder. Our middle school FACS class is cooking up some fun! Today's lesson involves reading recipes and whipping up homemade play dough. But wait, there's more! These budding chefs then used their colorful creations to practice essential knife skills.

🥳The Middle School group kicked off our first Family Birthday celebration of the year on Friday! All of the August birthday kids got a party hat and an ice cream sandwich. Sometimes we play games, this time we played The Macarena. 😂
Why do we call it Family Birthday? Because all of our available staff come to celebrate the birthdays on their lunch: family-style! 🩵💛
