Congratulations! These elementary students earned a “4” on their state assessments last year! They received a new shirt and if they where it to tonight’s football game they get in free as well as their family! They will be recognized during halftime of tonight’s CHS football game! #CHstrong
Congratulations to our fall athletes of the week! If you see them congratulate them on their accomplishments!! It is awesome to see these students taking in leadership roles as athletes, but more importantly as STUDENT Athletes!!

Cross Country: Stetson Miller won his second straight 8th grade boys 2 mile race, is very hard worker and brings a great attitude to the team.
Football: Armoni Velez-
155 rushing yards, 3 TDs
20 receiving yards, 1 TD
3.5 tackles and a forced fumble.
Armoni has stepped up this week as a leader and a teammate being more vocal on the field. He also earned a spot as a team captain for last night's game.
Volleyball: Joiey Furgeson is my athlete of the week. She has worked hard day in and day out and is a great teammate on and off the floor.

Abby Brown taught flag football skills to the students in Sports History class today. Abby is a Central Heights alum and 2-time NAIA Women’s Flag Football National Champion at Ottawa University.
Vikings middle school football take the lead into halftime. Reed Compton and Armoni Velez are the Vikings who do the scoring in the 2nd quarter and lead the Vikings to a halftime score of 42-0 over West Franklin.
Armoni Velez has 2 touchdowns in the first quarter vs West Franklin. CH leads 16-0 after the 1st quarter!
