


Emery Hughes went 1-1 on the night, winning by major decision in her first match before a tough loss in the finals.
Harley Peine also finished 1-1, earning a win by decision before a loss in the championship by technical fall.
Elizabeth Meyer showed real determination, taking her first match to overtime (11-14) and dropping her second by major decision.
Proud of the effort, fight, and Viking spirit these girls brought to the mat.

Central Heights MS Girls Wrestling hits the mats today at Independence. Action starts at 4PM at Independence High School, 1301 N. Tenth Street.

Our middle school basketball teams open their season tonight at Uniontown! Tip-off is at 5PM, starting with two quarters of C-Team action, followed by JV and Varsity games.
Boys will play in the Uniontown High School Gym, while the girls will take the court across the street at the West Bourbon Elementary Gym. Let’s bring the energy and cheer on our Vikings as they tip off a brand-new season!

Our middle school wrestlers hit the mats for the first time this season and came away with a solid showing, going 6-5 in their opening matches. Hard work, heart, and hustle were on full display tonight. Great job, Vikings — what a way to kick off the season!


Mark your calendars and join us for our second session of Coffee with the Counselors on Thursday, November 14th at 7:45 a.m. in the Middle School Lab! This session will focus on helpful tips to support students dealing with anxiety, small group counseling, and a quick Habit Chat highlighting one of the seven habits from our Leader in Me Curriculum. As always, we’ll have free Starbucks coffee for everyone who attends. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your child’s counselors, gain valuable insights, and work together to help every student succeed.

Central Heights Middle School Wrestling kicks off their season tonight at Erie. The first whistle blows at 5PM, and our Vikings are ready to hit the mats and start strong. Come cheer them on as they launch their season with grit, heart, and Viking pride!

Winter sports pictures and school retake pictures will be on November 4th.










Tonight is the last home game of the season, and our Vikings are ready to take the field under the lights. Kickoff is set for 6:00 p.m.
We will also be celebrating our fall sport seniors during halftime, honoring the athletes who have given their time, talent, and heart to Central Heights.
Grab your jacket, find your spot in the stands, and cheer loudly for our Vikings!
