Have you heard? CHMS is expanding the Blessing Bag program to our middles, and our community has already shown up BIG TIME! In less than 24 hours, we've already received monetary donations AND items from our list! Our community is truly unmatched! If you're ordering groceries online or cruising up and down the aisles in person this weekend, and you have the opportunity to do so, feel free to grab an item or two from the list! You can drop it off at the school, OR we can come to you. Just let us know, and as always, thank you for caring so much about our kids. <3

✨ CHMS is Proud to Partner with the Franklin County Blessing Bag Network! ✨

Food insecurity doesn’t stop after 5th grade, and neither do we. 💙

We are excited to announce that Central Heights Middle School is teaming up with the K-5 Franklin County Blessing Bag Network to extend weekend Blessing Bags to students in 6th–8th grade who may be facing food scarcity at home.

These Blessing Bags provide simple, ready-to-eat items and snacks to help carry students through the weekend, because no student should have to worry about where their next meal comes from.

If you would like to support this effort through donations, volunteering, or helping spread the word, please reach out and share! Together, we can make sure our Vikings are fed, cared for, and lifted up. ⚔️💙 If enough donations come in, we will make sure they make it to the other area middle schools in Franklin County, as well!

Thank you to the Franklin County Blessing Bag Network for your continued heart for our youth.

Community takes care of community. 🫶

Juniors across Franklin County united in an effort to learn about civic, career, and college opportunities available in their local communities across the county, as part of the annual Franklin County Career Day event. Students were able to experience some of the duties and responsibilities firsthand, participate in team building, and hear from local agencies, civic leaders, employers, and educators in our area. What a day!
