Congratulations to our three middle school Verifiable Viking nominees for the month of August: Willis Miller, Josiah Meyer, and Emma Baker! These students were nominated by staff members for encompassing all of the amazing attributes that a Central Heights Viking holds. Emma was the grand prize winner in our random drawing and received a gift card, but they ALL earned an ice cream token to Pastor Kurt's ice cream truck! Congratulations to these three! You make CHMS so proud!! 💛💙💛💙

With competitions starting this week, please remember this: SPORTSMANSHIP The score of any athletic event is generally forgotten overtime, but the actions of players, coaches, and spectators are remembered! The next time you attend a middle/high school game, think how history will remember you! We are #CHstrong

Watch D.O.G.S Event Kickoff
Even though temperatures have been soaring this week, some of our students found a great way to cool off. Mrs. Hamilton's Anatomy & Physiology students spent some quality time in the school kitchen cooler to test out how feedback mechanisms keep the body in homeostasis in different environments.
