Some of our middle school students competed in an applesauce competition and the teachers judged to see who made the best recipe. The winners were Trinity and Dakota.

Winning the lottery sounds pretty good until you read Shirley Jackson's "The Lottery." Instead of stones, Mrs. Kinyon gave the sophomores candy for finding the black spot.

5th graders had a special treat today. 8th-grade authors and illustrators came to present their stories.

Saturday’s regional Cross Country meet hosted by Central Heights will be starting 1 hour earlier than previously announced. The girl’s race will beging at 9:00 a.m. instead of 10:00. The boys race will follow at approximately 9:45. Please note the change in times! Come out and support our runners!

Today is school bus drivers appreciation day. Our bus drivers dedicate their time and effort to ensure our students are transported safely to and from school, and activities every day. Please take the time to thank them for their service. On another note, we are still looking for another bus driver, so if you have any interest come talk to us!
