The competition in the Flint Hills League is very high quality. On the Middle School side, we had a lot of success this season and it came through once again with five of the seven middle schoolers placing in the top 10 of their respective races. Having five runners in the top 10 of the JV race as well also helps give us a good amount of confidence for the future. While the Varsity boys finished 3rd in the league for the second year in a row, we were without our top runner this season and are still trying to find the right combination as we head into the biggest meet of the season. We will be hosting a 3A Regional meet next Saturday which will once again include the top three teams from our League. The competition, however, will be even higher with the addition of some other solid programs so we must bring our best in order to keep the season going.
