Middle school track practice has been cancelled for tonight March 25th due to weather.
Central Heights Elementary is now taking orders for the 2020-2021 yearbook. The cost will be $15.00 again, same as last year. Our High School Entrepreneurship class has been busy building their business. The class has put together a snack/coffee cart, as well as building their business website. The students are selling masks, and designing and putting together shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and etc.
The students design the shirts and then they make invoices and sell the shirts, or the students would be happy to take a design you want and build it for you. The picture is our first shirt we have made!
We have two teams that qualified for the State Competition for FBLA
Today we completed our state competition.
Chrome, Bailey, and Emma competing in Hospitality and Event Management.
Mary, Maisy, and Cameron competing in Sports & Entertainment Management.
They have all worked really hard and the results will be in a week or so.
JV games for today have been cancelled at Anderson County.

The baseball intrasquad scrimmage set for 3/19 is still on as of right now. I just got back from the field and took all the standing water off and think it will be ready to go for tomorrow! The scrimmage will begin at 5:00 pm.
There will be a parents meeting at the conclusion of the scrimmage. (I am sure the boys relayed this message a long time ago🥴!)

The Central Heights Middle School FLL Robotics Team competed virtually on Saturday, March 6 against several schools in the greater Kansas City area. We received the Breakthrough Award for "confidence and capability in both the Robot Game and Innovation Project, and are a shining example of excellent Core Values". Although we didn't score high enough to go on to the next level, we understand that what we discover is more important than what we win.
