Our middle school and high school did a canned food drive this week. The teacher with the most food got a pie in the face and the teacher with the second most food got to throw the pie. Mr. Brown got 1st and Mrs. Smith got 2nd in the middle school. Mrs. Oram got 1st and Mr. Matile got 2nd in the high school.

Middle School Player of the week for cheerleaders are Kaylee Holstine, Girls Basketball Jaley Ferguson, and Boys Basketball Jotham Meyer. Keep up the good work!

Every Christmas season, the students who work in Mrs. Desormeaux’s special education classroom decorate unique ornaments for all of the staff at Central Heights. The students usually create an order form to take around to all of the staff members to place an order for a specific ornament to work on social skills. This year was a little different due to COVID-19 so they made a Google Form to send out to all of the staff members to order ornaments. The students spent Monday and Tuesday making ornaments from the order forms and then got to deliver them Wednesday and Thursday to all of the staff. The students also made ornaments for the staff members that did not send in order forms because they wanted to make sure that everyone got one for Christmas. These students have some of the biggest hearts around.
